1. GENERAL POLICY OVERVIEW

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all services, digital products, subscriptions, and consultations provided by Signed Sealed Approved, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “Company”).

By using our website, purchasing products, or enrolling in any service, you agree to this policy in full.

2. CREDIT COACHING & CONSULTING SERVICES

3-Day Initial Cancellation Window

You may cancel your service agreement within three (3) business days of signing and receive a full refund.

How to Cancel:

  • Your full name

  • The date of enrollment

  • The statement: “I request to cancel my credit service agreement.”

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of confirmation.

After the 3-Day Period

After the 3-day window:

  • All payments become non-refundable

  • You may cancel future billing at any time

Refunds will only be issued in cases of:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges

  • Verified billing errors

  • Unauthorized transactions confirmed by your payment provider

Work begins immediately upon enrollment, including time allocation, credit analysis, and document prep.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS, DOWNLOADS & COURSES

All digital products — including eBooks, templates, PDFs, downloads, and online courses — are final sale and non-refundable.

Refunds will only be considered for:

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Access or delivery errors (reported within 7 days)

By purchasing, you agree that:

  • Delivery is instant and non-reversible

  • Products are educational in nature

  • No outcomes are guaranteed

  • Implementation is your responsibility

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & MEMBERSHIPS (via FanBasis)

All recurring subscriptions are billed and managed through FanBasis.

How to Cancel:

  2. Enter the email linked to your membership\

  3. Receive and enter the One-Time Password (OTP)

  4. Confirm cancellation

Also notify [email protected] so we can align your access accordingly.

Terms of Subscription:

  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle

  • You must cancel 30 days before renewal to avoid further charges

  • All billed payments are non-refundable

  • Late cancellations apply to the next billing cycle

  • You are responsible for updating your billing info

Note: We cannot cancel or refund FanBasis charges directly.

5. CONSULTATIONS & APPOINTMENTS

To reschedule or cancel a consultation, send an email to [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable

  • Repeat no-shows may result in termination of future appointments

6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Signed Sealed Approved, LLC does not guarantee:

  • Increases in credit score

  • Removal of accurate or verifiable items

  • Approval for credit or loans

  • Specific timelines or outcomes

All products and services are educational in nature. Outcomes vary based on personal credit profiles, participation, and third-party responsiveness.

8. CHARGEBACK POLICY & FRAUD PREVENTION

By purchasing any service, product, or subscription, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us in good faith to resolve any concerns.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All billing issues must be communicated directly to us before contacting your bank or card issuer

  • We retain the right to present proof of purchase and service usage to challenge any chargeback

Consequences of Fraudulent Disputes:

Any fraudulent chargeback, payment reversal, or bad-faith dispute will result in:

  • Immediate termination of service access

  • Referral to collections to recover the full balance

  • Reporting to civil fraud databases or applicable authorities

  • Pursuit of all legal remedies and recovery of additional damages

This includes, but is not limited to, recovery of the disputed amount, chargeback penalties, administrative fees, attorney’s fees, and any resulting damages.

We will submit all relevant documentation (IP logs, delivery confirmations, communication records) as evidence to defend against chargebacks.
