Frequently Asked Questions

Tradelines

1. What do Tradelines do?

Tradelines add positive reporting to your credit profile to help strengthen factors like account age, credit mix, and payment history.

2. What is an authorized user tradeline?

It means you’re added to an existing account with strong history so that the account reflects on your credit report while you are listed as an authorized user.

3. Is this legal?

Yes. Authorized user accounts are legal and widely recognized across the credit industry when done correctly.

4. Do tradelines backdate?

Some tradelines do backdate, but not all of them. Each creditor has its own rules for how they report history. For example, American Express (AMEX) usually does not backdate and does not show the full account history. AMEX normally only shows the year the tradeline was added, not past years.

5. Will my tradeline report to all 3 major credit bureaus?

We guarantee your tradeline will report to at least one of the three major credit bureaus. If your tradeline does not post to at least one bureau by the 8th day of the second billing cycle, you will be eligible for a refund. While it may report to more than one bureau, reporting to all three is not guaranteed.

6. Will a tradeline instantly fix my credit?

No. Tradelines can improve certain aspects of your credit profile, but they are not a replacement for credit repair or responsible credit management.

7. How long does it take a tradeline to post?

Most tradelines report within 1–2 billing cycles after placement, depending on the lender’s reporting schedule.

8. Do tradelines guarantee a score increase?

No. Credit score results vary based on your existing profile, utilization, and other open accounts

9. Will I receive a physical card?

No. You are added as an authorized user for reporting benefits only.

10. What makes a tradeline "good"?

Quality tradelines typically have:

Long account history

Perfect payment record

Low utilization

High credit limit

11. Are tradelines refundable?

Yes, you may get a refund in some cases. If your tradeline does not show on your credit report by the 8th day of the second billing cycle, we will give you a refund. Sometimes tradelines skip a month, and that is normal. After we submit your information, the credit company and credit bureaus are in charge of when it shows. We cannot control their timing, but if it still does not report by then, you get your money back.

12. Can I purchase more than 1 tradeline?

Absolutely! Multiple tradelines can be purchased depending on your goals and budget.

13. Who do I contact if I have questions?

For support or inquiries, email

[email protected]

14. How long will the tradeline report on my credit report? Will it still have a positive impact after I am removed?

A tradeline usually stays on your credit report for two billing cycles (about two months). Once you are removed from a tradeline, your credit score may drop, similar to when a credit account is closed. While you’re listed, you’re borrowing someone else’s good credit habits—not building your own—so the results are temporary. That’s why it’s important to use this time to open your own accounts as a primary account holder and keep them in good standing. Let your own credit age, make on-time payments, and don’t expect a tradeline to last forever without building your own foundation.

15. What happens if the card is shut down before my two months are over?

If the card is closed early but still shows on your credit report, you will receive a partial refund only. The tradeline will not be replaced once it has already reported to your credit. If it never reports at all, different refund rules may apply based on our policy.
